Rich was the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent I have dealt with. Very friendly, and hard working. There was no waiting for answers with him. If I had a question or a concern, whether it was on a weekend or a weekday, evening or morning, Rich was there to assist through the  entire process. If you are looking for a agent who will get you from beginning to end, provide you with advice in regards to whatever you are doing, or trying to find the home that best fits your needs/wants, Rich IS your guy. Being in the automotive sales industry for 6 years, time is very valuable for me. Rich made it his top priority to accommodate my schedule through and through. He even showed home up for the home inspection when he was sick. Dedication and customer service is Key when making a significant purchase and Rich has my full support, hands down. We had a significant issue with the title on our home that my attorney could not figure out. I reached out to Rich on a Friday afternoon, explained the issue, and asked for his assistance. The next day (Saturday), Rich called me stating that he had found some information that may help with the situation. The day after that, (Sunday), Rich called again stating he may have found a resolution to the title issue. Now, Monday (Martin Luther King Day), Rich spoke to the original surveyor, and the seller's attorney and confirmed that his resolution would be sufficient. By Tuesday, I received a phone call stating that the title issue had been resolved and we were clear to move forward with the closing. Something that my attorney could not figure out in a two month span, Rich figured out within three days. I look forward to the day where I need to purchase a bigger home for my growing family and get to utilize Rich's knowledge and skill again.
